On May 5th, Boston was still hurting from the attack at their beloved road race.
As a sign of solidarity, thousands of Philadelphians ran their cities biggest race, the Broad Street Run, in red socks. 

As an agency, we captured this interesting and heart-felt act and pitched it back out to the world in a more socialized way.  

The video is comprised of clips from friends and family running the race while photos were submitted by runners all over Philadelphia.


Users participated by tagging their own posts with the hashtag #phlheartsbos

Submissions were pulled in using IFTTT rules and corralled into a custom tumblr site. 


The hundreds of pictures collected represented the overwhelming support from one city to another.


The project was promoted through donated media from local partners.
