Matt Gould Lucht is an atypical creative leader and marketing misfit. He’ll poke holes in the strategy, interrogate the certainties and won’t pull punches if the plan needs adjusting. He’s been known to art direct, design, write, and photograph. Not all at once of course, that’s insane. And while it might seem unusual for a creative to have a number of things their known for, he’d rather be unusual than useless.

Matt spent the last 14+ years working for the people and ideas that deserve a place in the conversation. He started his career in Philadelphia at a traditional agency. But traded Philly for New York to become a smaller fish in a bigger pond. While there, he got scrappy at a few indie shops and lead a large team of creatives from a $300k desk. Eventually he ditched agencies for a brand role at Converse which is where he currently resides.

He’s formally trained in communication design from Temple University, and currently lives in his hometown of Lancaster, PA.
